I truly felt like they cared about each and every one of us and the bond I feel with them even to this day shows how special the connection is with them. And the staff - I can’t say enough about how incredibly wonderful these people are. Set on a beautiful beach with incredible sunsets and ocean views surrounding the property, this enhances the entire experience. The facilities are beautiful and the setting is incredible. From the minute I was welcomed at reception by Hector, I knew I had made the right decision to come. "I had the most incredible week at a psilocybin retreat at Reunion Experience in December. I am excited for all those of you who get to experience this truly magical week after me and hope we can all become beacons of love and light." The journey starts from the intake and you will have guidance for an optimal preparation for your days leading up to the retreat. I have never felt this peaceful, connected and present like I do now after only one week at reunion. The reunion resort is beautiful and serves as a safe space that is exclusive to those on the journey. I came to for self exploration and walked away peaceful, guided and with deep reverence for all life including myself. I will be forever grateful for the incredible present those 5 individuals bestowed upon me. He touched my heart and guided my soul through this journey. Tim connects with music like only few can. Dylan’s protective presence and kindness was a guiding light while I was at reunion and his life experience as a professional athlete helped connect and heal my inner overachiever. Thank you to all the incredible people that have made this program what it is. I have never felt so aligned, at peace and above all, grateful. It has truly changed my life, my relationship to myself and my entire trajectory. If you are feeling called or considering plant medicine, look no further than Reunion. My wish is that every person gets to experience a program at reunion. The food was healthy, delicious and full of love. It was incredible being right on the beach, so connected to nature and the elements. The music and flow of each ceremony was so intentional, and allowed me to access a healing I didn't not know was possible. The temple, alter and attention to detail was outstanding. The ceremonies are exceptionally beautiful. Each of them has such unique strengths and together they are a perfectly balanced team. They are there for you every step of the way. They are all deeply compassionate, kind, humorous and offer so much wisdom. Karina, Mariana, Dylan, Julian and Tim are incredibly gifted at creating the perfect environment to turn inward and do deep inner work. I could not have dreamed of a better place to heal. The structure of the program and facilitators made me feel so supported throughout the week. I participated in the Inner Alchemy and the entire program start to finish was exceptional, far exceeding my expectations. "It is difficult to put such a transformative experience into words, but my time at reunion was life-changing. ![]()

![]() ![]() The ruler has been renamed measure tool in Blender 2.80. How does the measure tool work(aka ruler)? But getting the correct length when scaling from 1.5 meters to 1.5 centimeters is not a problem. ![]() If it is to meters or centimeters does not matter much but if a distance is supposed to be 1.5cm long and you model it to be 1.32cm long it will be hard to scale it correctly later. What you need to keep in mind is to model according to some measurement. The scale will be determined by how the 3D printer software interprets it. Instead, you will export your model as an STL file and import it into another software. Generally, you will not 3D print directly from Blender. Your scene is then relative to any measurement system that you may choose. The importance is rather with the relationships between objects within your scene. It is only related to what you see in the interface. These can be changed at any time without having an actual effect on your scene. The important distinction to make here is that it does not matter much what settings you choose in the units section. Even if we change the units that we see, the blender unit will still be used under the hood. A blender unit is an internal unit that calculations will be based on. But that is only true if we stick to the default unit settings. One could say that 1 blender unit is equal to 1 meter. Remember the "none" option as a unit system. The units are not used in any calculations. However, no settings in the Units section will change how Blender works in any way. That is the bulk of how to set the units that we will see in the interface. Related content: How and why do we apply scale in Blender? ![]() ![]() If an object scale is not set to 1.0 on all axis the measurements will not be correct. There is one more thing that we need to keep in mind. Essentially Blenders video editor.įor any of these, we can also set "adaptive" This means that Blender will display the unit that makes the most sense for the scale of any distance. Likewise, time is used in Blenders animation system and in the Video Sequence Editor. Mass may not be obvious in a 3D program but it is used to calculate simulations. The length unit is probably the primary reason to choose a unit system but the units for rotation, mass and time also have their place. Meters, centimeters, millimeters and so on. For each type of measurement we have the usual increments. The only thing the unit system is doing is change what scale our values get in the interface.īelow the scene scale value, we can select the unit that will be used to view our measurements. The scene scale value will not have any effect on simulations. If we change the scene scale to 0.1 we will now see that our 1 meter turned into 0.1 meters. If this is set to 1 and we have the metric system, 1 meter will be viewed as 1 meter. It will just change the numbers that we see. The relation between objects in our scene will always be the same. This slider is basically a multiplier of our units. If you are following along in Blender while reading this will be a bit easier to understand.Īfter the unit system, we have a unit scale. Let's go over the different settings in this unit section and see what options we have. We also have a setting that is labeled "none". In the properties panel under the scene tab, we also find the Units section where we can change what units Blender should use. Next, to the "edge length" setting we also got checkboxes to view face and edge angles as well as face area.īy default Blender measures using the metric system. The first, and most useful tool is already under our belt, but this image shows a bit more clearly where to find it. How units for measurement work in Blender However, there is more to the story, and we will dive deeper into Blenders measurement tools and add-ons through the rest of this article. That is a good start and I use the "edge length" setting in almost every project. Check the edge length checkbox to get the length of any selected edge in edit mode. There you will find a section called "Measurement". How to measure in Blender? To accurately measure in Blender, while in edit mode go to the overlay menu in the top right corner. Another huge topic that needs accurate measuring is architectural visualization and that is an area where Blender really shines. Blender has multiple tools to accurately measure distances and support for multiple units. Blender is first and foremost a software targeted at artists but sometimes you just want to build your house or some home DIY project and that is when measuring is important. ![]() ![]() Awesome hair, makeup and fashion choices. How much working capital is needed to grow your small business? ![]() Money used to fund short-term assets like your business’s inventory and accounts receivables is correctly considered working capital financing. ![]() If your business is projecting losses in your first year, then you most likely need equity, and not working capital. If your business is unable to support the expenses for advertising and salaries, then most likely it is under-capitalized. For example, if your business is looking to get funding for an advertising budget and salaries for new employees, what you need is “long-term capital” or equity. The term “working capital” is often used incorrectly when talking about the financing needs of a business, especially for startups. Current liabilities are obligations that come due within one year, which are primarily your accounts payable and short-term debt This includes your accounts receivable and inventory. Current assets are short-term and can be converted quickly to cash. From an accounting standpoint, working capital = current assets – current liabilities. Let’s first be clear on what the term working capital means. Are you a small business owner looking to grow your business? Are you trying to figure out how much money you’ll need to put a growth plan into action? One of the key questions you should ask yourself is, “how much additional working capital do I need to grow my business?” This article will help answer that question. ![]() ![]() In Tiger, Leopard, Snow Leopard, Lion, Mountain Lion, Mavericks, Yosemite, El Capitan, Sierra, High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey and Ventura (which now includes DKIM support) versions.Ĭonfigures OS X's built-in web server to support WebDAV, PHP, and SSL. These are not items that are available in the resulting drop down menu when you click on the "+" button to add an application to the "specific services and applications" list.Even PC users concede that the Mac's great for art, graphics and design. ![]() Right now, when I do that, I can share my usb printer locally, afp and screen sharing and ssh both locally and when tunneled, but the DoveCot IMAP services are blocked from other computers on the home WLAN and from external computers tunneling through ssh to localhost on the "server." Same goes for inbound smtp traffic coming from my MTA - it is getting blocked under this scenario as well. While I suppose that it could be argued that my home modem/router provides adequate protection against external nefarious internet evildoers by restricting inbound ports to just my forwarded ssh port and a forwarded port for incoming smtp traffic from my upstream MTA, and if I'm not running a service then there would be no response to a service request from a WLAN client on any other port, I think that I would prefer to click on the "Set access for specific services and applications" button, in order to specifically dictate what service traffic could pass. But that list really doesn't mean anything because I've got the "Allow all incoming connections" button checked. In the G4's Sys Prefs Security Firewall, File Sharing, Printer Sharing, Remote Login, and Screen Sharing are in the list of allowed incoming connections.
